Why so late?

The main reason for setting up the compost bins for such a short time, is to see if they are a viable option for future use. Rather than make them a part the campus immediately, we will put them out for a short trial period to see if they would actually be used, and then implement a more refined system later, depending if they were successful or not.

My teammates and I were able to put the compost flyers all across the school and placed the two compost bins by the cafeteria and X-wing.

Now, we wait for the rest of the school to help our environment and compost.

Cans=painted

I finished painting the cans and added the word "compost" on them to prevent any confusion. - Will T.

Mr. Bursch was able to get us four cans, unfortunately only two of the four are usable for compost.

The next step is to decorate and paint the cans to make them more easily identifiable for compost.
